My Role As Lead Designer
I'm leading a team of six developers(including myself), establishing the core gameplay vision, world structure, and level progression while coordinating across art, programming, and leading narrative. I'm also making most of the levels for the game and doing the animation.
As the producer, I'm maintaining documentation, creating milestone timelines, assigning tasks, and ensuring consistent communication across disciplines.
